Yeah many are complain about the remotes. Is the tvip boxes from like aliexpress real or clones?

i juste to buy extra remotes and change for customers, but i think that is wrong, it should be correct remotes with the box.

I can confirm too. Remotes are very bad. They disassociates (lost connection with stb). It’s very insensitive. It’s very hard to push. After some time remote control is useless. I swap ~100 pcs of remotes.
TMC: where can we buy fixed / good remote controls?
