Password change.

Hi I wonder if its possible to get password without losing any data/settings on the tvip 410 box. I sent my box to get channels installed by a company and they wanna charge extra. And if I channels dissapears they wanna charge 80€ for new installation of channels. Thankful for any help.

I mean when I wanna go into settings and make changes it gives me type in password but I dont have one and my iptv provider wanna charge me for the password. So I wonder if its possible to find out what password I have without reseting my box to factory settings. If not thanks for help.

If it is parental code, only factory reset would help
