Every 30min portal restart

I have recently come across that these receivers when working with stalker portal, every 30 minutes restart the portal. I already made factory parameters, I changed receivers, etc, but the problem persists.

There is also an auto standby option, which can be changed. In this case, the default is 3 hours, but in spite of changing this value, whenever the receiver is restarted, the auto stanby option is always set to 3 hours.
