My box (S412) will freeze when it is used! The freezing time is not fixed, sometimes it takes 1 hour, sometimes it freezes when it is turned on. When frozen, the remote control does not respond to the remote control, and the TV is noisy.I have to disconnect the power and reconnect. Who can know what the problem is? Is there a problem with my server or is there a problem with my machine?How do I need to change my settings to work properly?

I had that problem with one box, it was a heat issue.
I replaced it with a new one. Problem solved.

I have same problem. Try change the hdmi cable. Use original hdmi cable. :)
