Favourites using Web portal, problem

When using favourites in the TVIP S412 connected via WEBPORTAL, I assume its usually xtream-codes portal.
I dont even know if there are any others...

Anyway, I have this annoying problem that removing favourites I made , or moving them in list doesnt work properly.
If I remove favourites, then go back to list its not removed.
If I move favourites then go back to list, its undone, same order as before I moved them.

My question is, what is causing this ?

Is it in streaming server, in xtream-codes or in the box itself ?

I have resetted the box so I assume its not in the box...

And if its not at the streaming server, it must be at xtream-codes.
Do they have some cache, that can be cleared, or what can I do about tis problem?
Who can I contact ?

We have tested this case on Stalker portal and it worked fine. So, I suppose, it could be xstream issue.

Same prob here, tested with 3 diff supplier.
And beta Vs standard fw

Same problem here... really a big problem for this fine box... considering finding a new box if I'm not finding a solution on this.

Several in here have the same issues, but no answers or solution to the problem, unfortunately
