Tvip s-605 ”no hdmi signal” ”black picture”

I have a problem with no picture on my panasonic plasma st50.
When starting the box the picture remains black. I have tried all hdmi inputs but no difference.
On my other tv samsung ue75ks8005 the behaviour is a bit different. There i can see the tvip-logo, but then the picture goes black and i can see the text ”no signal”.

Then i have another tv in my sons room, a sony led, where the box work all ok. I can navigate the box with the remote with no trouble. I also tried the box at my fathers house on a small lcd lg-tv and that works too.

Of course i have tried to set a lot of settings on my sons tv, such as resolution, hdmi settings, and then moved the box to the tv:s that doesnt work. But i still cant get a picture of those.

Anyone have a qlue or something more i can try?

Hmm. We have received feedback that some TV may have small issues, but never heard that some do not work at all.
Maybe some issue with the box itself.

I have had same issue but it says resolution mode not supported can I change the resolution without it fully starting

Any fix for the black screen tried 2 out of the 20 boxes I just bought and neither works I just get the black screen any thoughts

I know a friend that have a box, s615 - it only turn on the red led - nothing on screen..
checked with 2 different HDMI Cable on 2 different tv.

Are you using the power adapter that came with the TVIP or do you take power from the USB on the TV?

Most TV's only have 1A (sometimes even less) and the TVIP power adapter have 2A. That can create strange behaviour like this.

I have an issue with an LG TV. I get screen but no voice. On my Panasonic TV no problem at all. I have the problem with 3 deferent hdmi. Any thoughts of what i have to do?

I don't use the power adapter that came with the TVIP because is too short. On the box says DC12V-1A no 2A
