Problem with all channel for S412

Hi, I'm using TVIP S-Box 412 since 2 years.

Some weeks ago, the box started to act weird, like framerate issue, occasional reboot, and so on.

Today, since morning actually, all channel have disappeared. I can't watch TV. Is there any problem on the server? Or is this from my box? I just don't know, can you help? I've attached some screen to my post, can you check it out?

What do I need to do? If I use the update/recovery with an usb drive just as explained here: https://wiki.tvip.ru/en/how_to_update/ota

Will it work?

We just manufacture devices, but do not host a server. So, first contact your TV provider.
