Hi i would like to factory reset my box. I’m stuck in portal mode white the text your device is not active. I would like to now what’s the keyboard keys I need to press to make it factory reset. I use a mechanical keyboard as a remote I lost my remote that came in the box.I done this before but I don’t remember what keys on the keyboard I pressed.
